The Lessor agrees to provide the Lessee with written acknowledgment or a receipt from the Landowner confirming receipt of the direct payment within 10 business days of the Sublesse's payment to the Lessor. Failure to provide such acknowledgment may result in the Lessee withholding subsequent payments to the Lessor until the acknowledgment is received.
