The property is available for lease for 1 year starting from November 19th, 2024. Time will be made available for trail cam and tree stand placement prior to the lease start date. Use of existing tree stands is not permitted. Some crop will be left standing for hunters.

Property visits are available by appointment only, you must be a CommonGround registered bidder to set up an appointment. Trespassing charges will be pressed to any unannounced visitors.

A site fee of 15% of the total lease will be due from the winning bidder to CommonGround at the time of signing the lease agreement.
