221 Tillable acres for lease in Daviess County, MO. With an average NCCPI of 70. Available for a 2 year lease starting February 25th, 2025. Soybeans were grown in 2024. Hunting rights are not included in this lease. There is an active CRP contract on parts of the property. See attached image of CRP map.
This farm is available for sublease. The Lessor agrees to provide the Lessee with written acknowledgment or a receipt from the Landowner confirming receipt of the direct payment within 10 business days of the Sublesse's payment to the Lessor. Failure to provide such acknowledgment may result in the Lessee withholding subsequent payments to the Lessor until the acknowledgment is received.
