The landowner intends to clean up any timber on the property to increase tillable acres. Operator shall keep the water ways and road ditches mowed in a timely fashion. Landlord intends to clean up timber and old building site pending weather and timeliness prior to 2025 crop planting. No subletting is allowed on this lease agreement.
Lease Payment to be paid as follows:
-20% is due when the lease is signed. The remaining balance is due March 1, 2025.
- 2026 rent will be paid 20% by Jan 5, 2026 and the remaining balance by March 1, 2026.
