All of the fields in this lease must be planted 50/50 corn and beans except for one field that must be planted in corn. See attached image of this specific field.
There is a smaller field included with this lease which is not located next to the other fields. It is located near the intersection of E 240th Ave and W 245th Street. About 10 miles north. The furthest easter field within the small field to the North lays slightly to the West of where it is depicted in the soil map. See the attached image for an accurate representation. Operator must be willing to farm all fields included in this lease. Please inquire with any questions.
This farm is available for sublease. The Lessor agrees to provide the Lessee with written acknowledgment or a receipt from the Landowner confirming receipt of the direct payment within 10 business days of the Sublesse's payment to the Lessor. Failure to provide such acknowledgment may result in the Lessee withholding subsequent payments to the Lessor until the acknowledgment is received.
