This 4150 acre world class West Texas hunting tract is a portion of the 15,000 contiguous acre ranch. This tract is available for a 5 year lease starting September 1, 2023 through May 1st of 2028 with an option to renew for an additional 5 years after initial lease has matured. The lease is for year round use of the ranch including fishing, waterfowl, hogs, dove, quail, deer and turkey hunting. The well established road system allows for easy access to the 7 precisely located elevated box blinds and (3) food plots consisting of 10 acres, 30 acres and a 3 acre plot all in prime areas close to the best bedding cover. There are feeders throughout the ranch that will be managed by the ranch owner and kept full throughout the duration of the lease.

This ranch has been heavily managed for trophy whitetails for over a decade producing multiple Boone and Crockett bucks annually. The ranch operates under the MLD program which has help to maintain the highest quality of whitetails throughout the ranch. This ranch has been annually hunted by some of the biggest names in the deer hunting industry including Bill Jordan and David Blanton from Realtree and many others who live to chase giant whitetails. The annual allotment of buck and doe tags will be evenly distributed based on the total acres of the specific tract being leased. Whitetail deer tags will be supplied by the ranch owner annually, all other tags and state required permits will be the responsibility of the leasee. The ranch has a data collection and cleaning facility with a walk in cooler, covered cleaning area, water and all the supplies needed for cleaning game after harvest.

All hunters on the property will be required to hold hunting liability insurance that will be delivered to the ranch owner prior to hunting. Total number of hunters allowed on the lease will be 6 plus 1 guest per leasee for everything involved with the lease outside of deer and turkeys. The annual number of turkeys allowed to be harvested on this tract will be 6, all other state limits and regulations will apply to other species of game. There's no limit on the pigs and it will be encouraged to harvest as many as possible. This tract borders the 650 acre high fence portion of the ranch with multiple exotic species and typical whitetail deer over 200" which is also available for lease. There is a home inside the high fence that can be used by whomever leases the high fence tract.
