This farm features great habitat diversity, high hilltop ridges, saddles, lush creek bottoms, open hardwoods, brushy hillsides, cedar thickets, crop and pasture fields all make for seemingly endless hunting opportunities. There are cattle on a small portion in the south west part of the farm. There is a good network of trails throughout the property allowing for easy access. The designated parking area is on the north side and is gated access. ATVs and UTVs may be used on the property for hunting activities but not recreationally.
The general neighborhood seems to be good for growing quality deer, and previous hunters have taken many fine bucks. There are some good opportunities to plant food plots on this property and in Kentucky feeding, mineral licks and hunting over bait
