ATTENTION WATERFOWL HUNTERS! This property is available for lease for 3 years starting from October 1, 2023 through April 1, 2026. This lease is for all legal Illinois hunting seasons during the duration of the lease. Located in Pike County, IL within 2 miles or less of some famous waterfowl clubs such as Towhead and Harpoles Heartland Lodge as well as the Great River National Wildlife refuge which is annually home to an impressive population of waterfowl. This property is simply on the "X" between these famous clubs and the refuge. The North West corner of the property offers access to the large slough which adjoins Spring Lake Island. Field blinds are allowed and are required to be removed prior to the end of the lease unless otherwise discussed with the landowner. The lease is for up to 4 hunters, all of which must present proof of hunter liability insurance prior to entering the property.
