Tenant will have rights to the property as soon as the 2023 crops are out of the field for fall tillage. Landowner would prefer one cash rent payment annually for the duration of the lease to be paid on March 1st of each year starting in 2024. If tenant is unable to make one payment, landowner will discuss a 50% March 1 and 50% October 1 payment of each lease year. This lease is for agricultural practices only, no hunting rights are included in the lease. Tenant is to share annual yield data with landowner after each harvest and is to have soil tests done and shared with landowner on the first and last year of the lease.
